to make a safety drive for a month in oct/ nov. involving officers and supervisers of Traffic , S&T, Engg,TRSO, O&F,Security and safety branch on folloeing subjects---
1)The loco pilots and Asst.loco pilots should be counseled to call out signal aspect between them and obey the aspect of the signal
2)Station and gate staff should be watched and counsel
about closing / opening of gate ..station working rules..etc
3)Loco pilots should be watch about whistle during passing gate ( manned/unmanned) whether.... are following rules or not.
4)It is reiterated that whistle code while approaching level crossing has been changed to ' intermittent ' instead of continuous.
5)Ambush checks on whistle habits of loco pilots may be conducted at unmanned level crossing and by deputing officers and supervisors to travel in the coach adjacent to the loco.....
DEAR LOCO PILOTS.....BE ALERT WHILE ON DUTY AND FOLLOW EVERY PERFORMANCE AS PER RULES/ DISCIPLINE , WHICH ARE VERY IMPORTANT IN YOUR LIFE / WORKING TRAIN. DON'T GIVE ANY CHANCE TO ANY BODY TO POINT / RAISE FINGER ON YOU .BE SAFE ..SECURE SAFETY...AND YOUR JOURNEY.....
