Ceiling Limit Being Rs. 3500/-

Income per annum: Rs.3500 x 12 = Rs. 42000/-

Wage per day in this year (being a leap year) will be:

Rs.42000/366 = 114.75

Suppose the Productivity Linked Bonus (PLB) is declared for 79 days
then the Exact Amount would be

Rs 114.75 x 79 = Rs. 9065.25
