In view of assurance has been given by Honable Minister of state for Labour and Employment and order/advice given to concerned authority to refer our case to NATIONAL INDUSTRIAL TRIBUNAL stating that it is fit case for adjudicatin,I strongly feel to call a meeting of central office bearers and zonal secretaris.
I ,therefore, call this meeting on 22.01.2011. at Nagpur from 10 hrs and all concerned are requested to attend positively.
The date of Delhi rally/dharana is hereby fixed on 28.02.2011.and the serious preparation should continue without any elusion.
